Try not to overload
If overloading is required in special circumstances, the cold air pressure of the tire should be appropriately increased, but it should not be used for a long time. In the actual operation process, attention should be paid to the radial deformation of the tire so that the deformation does not exceed this range. The national tire standard stipulates the maximum load under the corresponding tire pressure at a certain speed. Therefore, the vehicle must be loaded according to the rated load marked by the loader. Under normal circumstances, overloading within 15% is acceptable. However, overloading will increase the deformation of the tire and seriously affect the service life of the tire.
Appropriate driving speed
The driving speed also has a great impact on the life of the counterbalance forklift truck tire. In actual use, speed and load have equal significance, and in some cases, speed is more important. In order to achieve the best use effect, if the vehicle speed is higher than the rated speed of the tire, the transport load should be appropriately reduced; if the vehicle speed is lower than the rated speed of the tire, the transport load can be appropriately increased. Because the tire contacts and rubs with the ground in actual use, the tire body vibrates and deforms circumferentially and laterally, which intensifies with the increase of vehicle speed. The tire temperature will rise sharply, causing the tire to burst.
Although the tire has good performance, we should also cherish it and try not to let it have too much burden. Only when we take care of it can it work for us longer.
